Now if you're like me and you live in the back of beyond, a place where the planners and the politicians and the cyber dicks couldn't give a toss about, then you're probably sat there now waiting for this clip of WIRE to load up. I should really put something profound here, something to entertain and enlighten you while your waiting. A bit of meat from Dostoevsky, a passage from "Notes from the Underground"; some pith from Dickens - the opening of Barnaby Rudge perhaps; a little silliness from the SNARK by Rev Dodgson, or a snobish aside from The Tour of the whole of Great Britain by Defoe. But what do I know. I joined the reading club late, they'd already got to the authors starting with the letter D. And I left long before they got to E, E for..........well I never found out. So maybe I should present you with this simple warning:
