Ian Dury - "Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll" When Ian was a Darling, Darling
The Blockheads
Prior to the release of the "Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll" biopic film on the 8th January 2010 we thought it would be NICE to take you back to a time when Ian Dury himself was a "Darling", darling, or even a "Lovey", lovey. The interview comes from the "EVIN STANDIT! GET YA EVIN STANDIT!" Circa 16th January 1987 when Mr Dury was about to appear in "ROAD", and also was about to hook up with the young actress Jane (Life is Sweet) Horrocks.
Jane Horrocks has had a wonderful career since '87 (so I'm told), won many awards and done some wonderful "WORK". And yet all I'll ever remember about her is she lived with Ian Dury for a while and had chocolate licked off her child nurturing areas by the dirty old Notting Hill actor (it's a joke) David Thewlis. Mmm never mind the Horrocks eh!
PS. Just who is playing Wreckless Eric in the "Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll" film?
